The original yarn, Mary Maxim Starlette Orlon, a worsted weight offered 280 yards on a 4 oz skein originally. But now, with a larger variety of  to choose from, you can customize this project to match your unique style. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. All you need are U.S. sizes (5 mm)  and F-5 (3.75 mm)  to begin!
